(I) Authorized management. Member organizations are allowed to authorize the Head Office to use all;or part of the following rights of their settlement accounts.
Balance enquiry: The Head Office is allowed to enquiry the balance of the authorized accounts online.
Details enquiry: The Head Office is allowed to enquiry the transaction details of the authorized accounts online.
Internal transfer: The Head Office is allowed to carry out online internal interest distribution and other businesses over the authorized accounts.
External payment: The Head Office is allowed to act as an agent online for fund payment of the authorized accounts.
Transaction review and approval: The Head Office is allowed to carry out online review and approval over the electronic transactions of the authorized accounts.
(II) Two-line management of receipts and payments. Two-line management of receipts and payments will be provided for the clients according to their demands.
(III) Payment limits control.Limit control methods of single transaction, daily accumulation, monthly accumulation, and accumulation in a designated period are provided to ensure that the amount is paid as budgeted.
(IV) Channel control. Clients are allowed to control receipt and payment rights of the bank channels such as the counters, corporate E-banking, bank-corporate e line pass.
(V) Management of receipts and payments of targeted users. The clients are allowed to control the people of receipts and payments using a list system.
(VI) Account changing notification: When the client’s account capital change amount is greater than the pre-set starting amount, the system will automatically send notification information (to the corporate end).
(VII) Early warning notice: When the client’s account balance is greater than or less than the pre-set balance, the system will automatically send notification information (to the corporate-end).
