Jinmi Consumption E-Loan

I. Definition of product

Jinmi Consumption E-Loan refers to all RMB individual loan business (excluding building mortgage loans) with clear and legal consumption purposes issued by the Bank to borrowers for decoration, car purchase, travel, medical treatment, beauty, shopping, education, house leasing, trip, wedding, living consumption, cultural consumption, etc.

  

II. Applicableclients

Credit extension objects: natural persons between the age of 18 and 60.

  

III. Functional characteristics

(I) Credit extension method: single credit and comprehensive credit, recyclable credit and non-recyclable credit;

(II) Loan amount: RMB 1 million for the maximum limit; the corresponding loan limit is calculated according to the type of loan warranty;

(III) Period: The loan period is no more than 10 years, of which the longest for mortgage is 10 years, for guarantee is 8 years and for credit is 5 years;

(IV) Loan purpose: all legal consumption purposes such as decoration, car purchase, travel, medical treatment, beauty, shopping, etc; 

(V) Warranty method: pledge, mortgage, guarantee, credit; for applying for loans with mortgage warranty, “rapid loan” can be implemented;

(VI) Repayment method: monthly repayment, mixed repayment, principal repayment at maturity; the payment method of paying the principal with interest can also be adopted for low-risk business.

  

IV. Application requirements

(I) Being at least 18 years old and under 60 years old;

(II) Living permanently in the location of the Bank’s agency;

(III) Being able to repay the principal and interest of the loan with a stable and legal source of income;

(IV) Having good credit without overdue and non-performed records for borrowers and their spouse;

(V) Other requirements satisfied the regulation of the Bank. 

  

V. Business materials

(I) Identity certificates: ID card, certificate of officers, exit-entry permit for travelling to and from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Chinese passport and credit report, etc;

(II) Household register certificate: residence booklet, household register certificate;

(III) Marriage certificate: marriage certificate or divorce certificate or court verdict or death certificate or unmarried certificate;

(IV) Income certificate: salary income, operating income, lease income;

(V) Prove of purpose: contracts, invoices, receipts, etc;

(VI) Other proofs: financial assets, other non-financial assets;

(VII) Information of guarantees and pledge (if required);

(VIII) Relevant information of the warrantor shall be provided in case an additional guarantor is involved as a guarantee warranty.
