Receipt and Payment Management

Receipt and payment management refers to the various receipt and payment management businesses provided for the clients, which mainly include business products such as the daily receipts and payments, receipt and payment agency under cash management, centralized receipt and payment agency, etc.

  

I. Daily receipts and payments: daily receipt and payment products include a variety of payment and settlement transaction products as well as their auxiliary products such as the vouchers and statements initiated via several channels of the Bank.

  

II. Batch receipt and payment:

(I) Definition of product

It includes two kinds of business - batch receipt and batch payment, which refer to the financial products for corporate clients with regard to payment or receipt agency provided by the Bank to meet the business needs of cash management clients for batch payment or batch receipt according to the relevant agreements signed by clients and the Bank.

  

(II) Product function

1. Batch payment: It can realize the function of simplifying transaction record and batch payment of the corporate client through the payment agency contract number, and is widely used in businesses such as salary payment, and expense reimbursement. For example, when the client completes the salary paying business through the function of batch payment, the transaction record of the organization only shows the total amount of the salary payment, and no longer shows the amount of each employee’s salary item by item.

2. Batch receipt: It can realize the client’s batch receipt needs through the receipt agency contract number and include the following functions:

(1) Whether the details shall be combined is selectable. The product provides the option of whether the details are combined or not to meet the different reconciliation needs of the clients. This function is widely used in the fees charging business of utility departments such as water, electricity and coal.

(2) Whether to submit to the payer for authorization is selectable. When it is selected that the payer’s authorization is not required and the client initiates the payment agency behavior, the system does not judge whether the deduction party has been authorized by the payer to carry out the deduction, and this function is widely used in fees charging business of utility departments such as water, electricity, and coal. When it is selected that the payer’s authorization is required and the client initiates the payment agency behavior, the system judges whether the deduction party has been authorized by the payer to carry out the deduction, and this function is widely used in the deduction business of third-party payment companies and microcredit companies.

  

(III) Applicable objects

1. Payment agency business: corporate clients with salary paying agency and expense reimbursement businesses in the bank.

2. Receipt agency business: utility departments such as water, electricity, and coal, third-party payment companies, microcredit companies, and other clients who have a demand for payment agency business.

  

(IV) Materials required for businesses handled by clients

Applicant: Cooperation Agreement for Receipt Agency Business, identity authentication materials of the clients, and so on.

The deducting party: Application Form for Authorization of Payer of Receipt Agency Business of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, identity authentication materials of the clients, and so on.
