III. Application requirements:
① Emission-control enterprises holding carbon credits that can be used normally and located in Guangdong Province, meet the requirements.
② The registered office of the client is in Guangdong Province, and there are branches of the Bank in the local municipalities (Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Heyuan, Qingyuan).
③ Good credit record, no misconduct or illegal behavior.
