Cash Management Service Channels

The cash management service channel means that our bank extends cash management service to clients’ offices through the network and provides clients with special service channels for various online self-help cash management businesses handling, including cash management corporate client-end and bank-enterprise direct connection.

  

I. Corporate client-end

(I) Definition of product

It is the standardized application software integrating account management, receipt and payment management and other functions provided for clients by our bank. It is also the main carrier where the client uses our cash management products.

(III) Applicable objects

Clients who open up cash management businesses in our bank.

(IV)Materials needed for businesses handled by clients

Cash Management Service Agreement and Online Maintenance Application Form of Cash Management Business of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, etc. For details, please refer to relevant provisions in the Management Regulations for Cash Management Business.

(V) Precautions

1. For payment orders initiated through the cash management client-end, the bank will take it as the true will of the client. Therefore, the clients need to establish sound cash management client-end use norms and control the occurrence of payment risk strictly.

2. It is needed to strengthen the supervision of anti-money laundering business to prevent the clients from carrying out money laundering through the client-end of cash management business.

  

II. Bank-enterprise direct connection

(I) Definition of product

After realizing the network connection of the bank system and the corporate financial management system, the enterprise can carry out management and transfer over its bank account and funds directly through the transaction function of its financial management system, and it can also complete operations such as information inquiry and remittance.

(II) Product function

Information inquiry, online payment, etc.

(III) Applicable objects

High-quality cash management clients that have established or will establish a financial management system.

(IV) Materials required for businesses handled by clients

(V) Precautions

1. For using the bank-enterprise direct connection function, interface development by the client’s financial management system provider is required.

2. It is needed to strengthen the supervision of anti-money laundering business to prevent clients from carrying out money laundering through the bank-enterprise direct connection.
