Liquidity management products are the core services of cash management service of the Bank, including the following products

(I) Cash concentration. Two cash concentration modes, namely the real-time and batch cash concentration are provided to meet clients’ different needs of cash concentration.

Real-time concentration

1. Definition: It refers to that when the cash is deposited in the sub-account, the system transfers the cash to the master account related to the cash concentration in real-time, and the balance of the sub-account remains zero. When a payment is needed in the sub-account, the system transfers the money from the master account to the sub-account, and then the payment is made from it. To ensure the payment ability of the real-time concentration sub-account, the system provides the following three payment control methods:

(1) Unified receipt and payment: the maximum payment limit is the maximum payment limit of its master account.

(2) Payment determined by receipt: The maximum payment limit is the balance of the account.

(3) Payment over the balance: The maximum payment limit is the balance of the account plus a pre-set excess limit.

2. Product functions

The cash concentration products of the Bank can not only realize the automatic cash concentration between the mater account and sub-account but also provide functions such as internal valuation of fund transfer and entrusted loan accounting.

Batch concentration:

1. Different from real-time concentration, the payment of a batch concentration account is the same as that of an ordinary account. To meet the cash concentration needs of different clients, the Bank has designed a variety of cash concentration products which mainly include:

(I) Ordinary batch concentration

Ordinary batch concentration refers to that the system realizes the batch transfer between the master account and the sub-account at the end of the day in accordance with factors such as the pre-set maximum and minimum limits, concentration direction, maximum accumulated concentration balance.

(2) Timed concentration in the daytime

It means that the system realizes the batch transfer between the master account and the sub-account in the appointed time of the clients in accordance with the factors such as the pre-set maximum and minimum limits, concentration direction, and so on.

(3) Rounding concentration

According to the fund concentration relationship and limit between the group accounts, when the balance of the sub-account exceeds the maximum limit, the system will transfer the excess part to the master account according to the set integer multiple of the rounding unit. When the balance of the sub-account falls below the minimum limit, the master account transfers the differential part to the sub-account.

(4) Proportion concentration

When the balance of the sub-account is higher than the maximum retained limit, it is needed to concentrate it to the upper account according to the fixed proportion of the account balance.

(5) Reverse concentration: At the end of the day, the cash of the sub-account will be collected to the highest account, and then returned to the original account in full according to the original route at the beginning of the next day, and only a two-tier structure is supported.

(6) Being deposited in upper account fully when the limit is exceeded refers to that when the account balance exceeds the set upper limit, all funds will be collected into the master account.
