Foodie Allowance plan

  

The “Foodie Allowance” plan ensures that you can eat and drink without worry

In case the cardholders need to go to a hospital for medical treatment due to food after consumption in a restaurant with Full-Happiness Platinum Card of our Bank, the credit card amount will be returned to the cardholders with valid medical certificates for medical treatment.

  

Application certificate materials

(1) Application form for “Foodie Allowance” plan (The form can be downloaded from Full-Happiness Credit Card Area of the official website of our Bank)

(2) Original photo of the medical record or certificate of diagnosis

(3) Original photo of POS slip swiped by dining consumption merchant (the consumption time shall be within 12 hours before the treatment)

(4) Original photo of outpatient invoice

(5) Original photo of the front and back of the cardholders’ ID card

  

Specific application process

Step 1

Please send the required certificate materials to the designated email address of our bank: creditcard@grcbank.com. The subject of the email is: Foodie Allowance +name of the Cardholder+ Full-Happiness Cardnumber, and among them:

①Application form for the “Foodie Allowance” plan is sent in electronic form;

②Send original photos of other certificate materials

③To avoid the failure of receiving mail due to too large mail, please control the mail size within 6M.

Step 2

Our Bank will review the reimbursement certificate materials and the cardholders’ card status. If passed, skip to Step 3; if not, our Bank will reply by email.

Step 3

Our Bank will return the credit card amount within 30 days according to the documents provided.

Matters needing attention

1. Cardholders can apply for Care Fund up to 2 times a year with a maximum amount of RMB 3,000;

2. The care program is capped at RMB 100,000 per year and is shared by all cardholders of Full-Happiness Platinum Card as long as the amount is used up;

3. Application conditions of the rights and interests: In case the cardholders are indisposed due to food after consumption in a restaurant (merchant type code: 5812, 5813, 5814) with Full-Happiness Platinum Card of our Bank, the cardholders can go to any Grade A hospital in Guangdong Province for medical treatment within 12 hours from the time of POS swiping and pay for the treatment with the Full-Happiness Platinum Card;

4. The cardholders should prepare the relevant application certificate documents and send them to the designated email address within 30 days after the treatment;

5. Our Bank will refund the personal expenses of the cardholders’ medical fees to their credit card account in the form of credit card amount within 30 days after the materials submitted by the cardholders are reviewed;

6. The validity of this rights and interests plan should be subject to the latest announcement of our Bank;

7. In case the clients are suspected of obtaining the rights and interests by making or submitting fraudulent materials, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the clients from the activity and to recover the benefits gained from the care program from the clients;

8. The card should be in normal condition when the cardholders apply for the Care Fund. It should not be suspended, not activated, cancelled, expired but not renewed, or in other abnormal states.

9. In case of any extension, change, or termination of the rights and interests, our Bank will notify the cardholders separately. Our Bank reserves the right to extend, change or cancel these rights and interests. The content of product rights and interests shall be subject to the latest announcement on the website of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank.
