The clients with Car Owner Card who activate the card and consume once will be rewarded with free emergency maintenance on roadsides within Guangzhou region or free emergency trailers service within 20 kilometers for unlimited times.

Detailed rules on rights and interests:
1. Free roadside assistance service within Guangzhou will be available for the clients who have activated the Car Owner Card and consumed once. Service frequencies for each client are not limited annually.
2. In case cardholders need roadside assistance, it is needed to dial the customer hotline 95313 of our bank. Rescue will be arranged by the service provider through real-time online forwarding of the cardholder’s call after online authentication by seats.
3. Clients should present their Car Owner Cards and vehicle registration certificates on the site while enjoying this service. The driving license holder’s name should be the same as the name on the Car Owner Card, and this free service will not be available for inconsistence.
4. This service is available for those four-wheel motor vehicles with 5 seats or less and for non-commercial purposes, and motorbikes, passenger cars, buses, taxis, wagons, trucks and heavy goods vehicles are excluded.
5. Free range and charging standards beyond the range should be subject to the presentation of the service provider.
6. Once the card is cancelled, these rights and interests will not be available anymore.
