(I) Activity content
In case the Cardholders make any 3 purchases in the current month, with each over RMB 99, our Bank will send a short message to remind the Cardholders to obtain the “Vitality City Consumption Coupon” the next month, which is the “Cash Rebate Coupon” (not the instant reduction coupon). After the Cardholders reply “WW” to obtain the coupon, they can consume in Vitality City, and our Bank will refund the credit card amount to the Cardholders as follows:

(II) Use process
1. Cardholders’ monthly consumption is up to standard (3 purchases, with each over RMB 99);
2. At the beginning of the next month after the clients’ consumption reaches the standard, our Bank will send a short message to inform the Cardholders to receive the “Vitality City Consumption Coupon”.
3. After the Cardholders reply “WW” to obtain the “Vitality City Consumer Coupon”, they can consume in Vitality City;
4. Before the 15th day of each month, for the clients who have received the coupons and have reached the consumption standard, our Bank will rebate the credit card amount of RMB 25/45/120 to the Co-branded Credit Card account of the Cardholders.
(III) Rights and interests details
1. Each Cardholder will enjoy once a month. For multiple purchases, the credit card amount will be returned with the highest amount of credit card amount.
2. The consumption of the supplementary card will be included in the main card.
3. The qualified consumption of the Cardholders to enjoy this cash rebate coupon shall be the consumption paid by the Co-branded Card at the Vitality City Service Center.
