Cardholders can apply for designated 5G and 4G ice cream packages of China Unicom at discounted prices as follows:

1. These rights and interests are applicable to Cardholders of Jinmi Unicom Co-branded Card, and main Cardholders and supplementary Cardholders can participate.

2. Cardholders enter the key word “ice cream package” in the official WeChat of our Jinmi Credit Card, scan the code on the pop-up page to apply for the phone rate package designated by Guangzhou Unicom, and enjoy the discounted price of the phone rate package. The designated phone rate package will take effect the next month after application and the discount period is two years. After the expiration of the discount contract, the Cardholders can modify the discount package according to the exclusive product discount policies implemented by Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank and Guangzhou Unicom at that time. The specific phone rate package and discounted price are subject to the announcement on the official website of our Bank.

3. Discounted price policy of designated phone rate package applies to newly opened China Unicom number. The existing China Unicom number of Cardholders cannot be converted into the designated discount package of our Bank. However, the designated discount package can be handled by means of a newly opened China Unicom number. The same ID card cannot deal with more than 5 cardholders. Blacklist users of China Unicom cannot enjoy the designated package discounts.

4. The Cardholders must activate the discount mobile phone card within 10 natural days after receiving the discount mobile phone card. If overdue, the number will be returned. To enjoy the discount, the Cardholders must activate the package before the 25th day of each month. In case the Cardholders receive the mobile phone card after the 25th day of the same month, it is necessary to activate it again after the 1st day of the next month to enjoy the discount. Otherwise, there is the possibility that the monthly phone charges are deducted by the cost before the discounted treatment. In case the Cardholders open the package after the 25th day, the relevant expense will not be returned.

5. Designated phone rate discount package will take effect in the next month after activation by default, and no discount will be available in the active month. The cost is calculated according to the actual usage, that is, the phone fee is RMB 0.15 /minute, and the data fee is RMB 3 /GB for the 5G package and RMB 5 /GB for the 4G package. No fee will be charged in case it is not used during the active month.

6. Supplementary cards of designated phone rate discount package shall be handled at the Unicom business hall the following month after the main card account is opened.

7. In case the Cardholders enjoy this discount, it shall be deemed that the Cardholders agree to provide their name, contact information and other identity information to Guangzhou Unicom, which shall keep the client information confidential.

8. For Cardholders’ questions about applying for or using the designated phone rate package, please contact the Guangzhou Branch of China United Network Communications Limited, whose customer service hotline is 10010.

9. Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank reserves the right to cancel the rights of Cardholders in case of any of the following circumstances:

(1) The credit card is being suspended, not activated, cancelled, expired but not renewed, or the card has been used at risk as determined by our Bank;

(2) The Cardholders are suspected of fraudulently obtaining discounts through any form of a fraudulent transaction (including but not limited to the case of swiping cards for another person’s transaction);

(3) The Cardholders violate the Credit Card Regulations, the Acceptance Agreement, and these Rules of our Bank, or other relevant regulations of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank.

10. Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank shall have the right to change the content and rules of the rights and interests according to national regulations and business needs. The specific activity content and detailed rules mentioned in the rights and interests shall be subject to the latest announcement by Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank. The changed rules will come into effect upon announcement.

11. The right of final interpretation of the rights and interests belongs to Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank.
