Opening Procedure

The process for enterprise clients to open our enterprise online banking is as follows:
I. Application for signing
Clients who have opened an organization settlement account in our Bank can apply to sign up for enterprise online banking. The application materials shall be stamped with the official seal and reserved seal of the Bank, including:
1. Completed Application Form for Change of Enterprise Online/Mobile Banking Registration of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank is made in triplicate and Enterprise Online Banking Digital Certificate of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank in triplicate. The official seal and reserved seal of the organization shall be affixed to it, and the “Client Service Agreement for Enterprise Online Banking of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank” shall be signed.
2. The original and copy of the ID card of the legal representative.
3. In case it is handled by non-legal representative, the original and copy of the ID card of the handling person and the letter of authorization shall be presented at the same time (fill in the column of letter of authorization in the Application Form).
4. The original and copy of the ID card of the operator.
5. Those who open the function of “withholding issuance and deduction” shall sign the Public to Private Service Commitment Agreement for Enterprise Online Banking of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, which shall be made in duplicate.
6. Those who open the function of “international business” shall sign the International Business Service Agreement for Online Banking of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, which shall be made in duplicate.
II. Collection and activation of USBKEY
Enterprise operators must use USBKEY to log in and conduct enterprise online banking business.
After signing the contract, the clients can get the USBKEY. The operators bound with USBKEY can activate and normally use the USBKEY only after they are subject to identity authentication and confirm to receive USBKEY information through the counter of the branch or telephone banking.
