    A: You just need to download the mobile bank APP of our bank, and then you can use part of functions of the mobile bank of our bank. To use more functions, please register or sign a contract with the mobile bank of our bank.

    2: How to sign a contract with the mobile bank of our bank?

    A: Sign a contract at bank counters: Handle at any one of branches of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank with valid personal ID card and account credentials;

    Sign a contract with e-bank: Directly log in the professional edition of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank e-bank to complete the signing of contract.

    3. Which businesses could be handled through the mobile bank?

    A: The mobile bank of our bank provides you with premier banking including account enquiry, account management, remittance transfer, investment & money management, recharge & payment, credit card repayment and management, as well as branch enquiry, vehicle business handling, financial service enquiry and other value-added services.     4: What should I do if I forget the mobile bank password?

    A: Through the mobile bank, the mobile bank password can be reset by just inputting relevant account information.

    5: Will the account fund safety be influenced by losing cell phones?

    A: No. The mobile bank of our bank has multiple authentications. Even if your cell phone is lost, your account safety will not be influenced. However, we still recommend the rebinding of your mobile bank through new cell phone.

    6: What to do with wrong input of mobile bank password?

    A: In the case of 10 times of successive wrong inputting of login password in a day, the system will freeze your mobile bank, and it will be recovered automatically in the next day. In the case of 3 times of successive wrong inputting of account withdrawal password, the account will be locked, which needs unlocking operations handled at a bank counter.

    7: How to use the mobile bank for remittance transfer?

    A: You can register the mobile bank of our bank in advance, and then open the remittance transfer function through the profession edition of the e-bank. Otherwise, you can carry your personal ID card to open the mobile bank at a bank counter, and then the remittance transfer handling is available through logging in the mobile bank of our bank.
