    I. Inquiry service

    Service functions include: accounts that I pay attention to, account inquiry (account inquiry of the bank, account inquiry of other banks), loan information inquiry, payroll inquiry, e-bank transfer inquiry and function introduction.

    “Inquiry service” can provide you with series of account inquiry and management functions; you can inquiry information of current account, fixed account, loan, payroll, e-bank transfer and other account information; besides, e-bank can provide download and printing services relating to deposit details, loan information and other inquiry results. With inquiry service, you can conduct account maintenance even without leaving home.

    (1) Account inquiry of other banks

    Clients can authorize their own account to others to inquiry the account balance and details, or accept authorization of others to view their account information through e-bank.

    (2) Payroll inquiry

    Payroll inquiry function of e-bank refers to that enterprise clients of e-bank pay wages through enterprise e-bank of the bank and simultaneously import payroll information in the account of employees, and then employees can inquiry their own payroll details through individual e-bank.

    II. Transfer and remittance

    Service functions include: intra-bank current transfer, inter-bank remittance, appointment transfer, batch transfer, payee list management and function introduction.

    It should refer to that individual client carry out transfer, appointment transfer, batch transfer, inter-bank remittance and other businesses to individuals and enterprises through e-bank, but currently, only RMB transfer transactions can be handled. To avoid entering the same account number repeatedly, we also set a convenient and easy-to-use register management system for you.

    III. Investment and finance

    Service functions include: e-card financing, product inquiry, product subscription, product reservation, product cancellation, product announcement and function introduction.

    With this, you can analyze, deposit and withdraw in lump sum, deposit at notice, open Zirich Account as well as enjoy financial products, investment funds (ready to go online), bank securities transfer (ready to go online) and other services at any time, so as to conduct a full range of financial management. We can offer you expert financial services all day, anytime and anywhere.

    IV. Credit card

    Service functions include: account inquiry, card management, repayment management, integral inquiry, SMS notification service, installment payment and function introduction.

    It should refer to that individual clients can handle credit card inquiry, repayment setting and loss reporting through e-bank.

    V. Online payment

    Service functions include: payment and introduction to payment inquiry function.

    After signing a contract at the counter, clients can handle various agent payment services through e-bank or telephone bank, for example, they can currently pay electricity charges through the above ways. “Online payment” will provide you with a full range of payment services, including expenses of mobile phone, telephone, water, electricity and other daily living items; in addition, the newly launched online micro payment function of bank card enables you to make online payment even without e-bank.

    VI. Account management

    Service functions include: account management of the bank, account management of other banks, temporary loss reporting, SMS service, account alias setting and function introduction.

    Clients can authorize their own account to others to inquiry account balance and details through e-bank, or accept others' authorization to view their account information. Clients can report temporary loss of all-in-one card, current all-in-one passbook and current passbook account vouchers of e-bank, and can also report loss of credit card accounts. Besides, clients can choose to open SMS service, set account alias or conduct other functions.

    VII. Client service

    Service functions include: user nickname setting, personal data modification, user-defined common functions, e-bank log and function introduction.

    With this, you can set up nickname, modify personal data, customize quick links and inquiry transaction records in a convenient and fast way to log in e-bank.

    VIII. Security center

    Service functions include: password modification, account protection, reservation information setting, transaction management and function introduction.

    “Security center” can provide you with password maintenance, account number shielding, e-bank security customization and other services.
