    E-bank is a new type of financial services with the foundation and core of security.

    I. Common passwords and application instructions of e-bank

    Note: If you forget the login password, transaction password and USBKEY password of e-bank, please bring your valid identification document and any signed voucher of e-bank account to the clerk counter to reset password. The USBKEY password cannot be reset, and you need to go through replacement procedures.

    II. Client security control

    1. Authentication of client identity through multiple links

    If clients need to log in e-bank, they should provide correct ID number + login password + additional code on picture. In case of wrong password, the system will refuse clients to use it. At the same time, additional code on picture is required at the time of logging in, so as to prevent the computer from automatically trying the password.

    2. Adoption of digital certificate of authorities to guarantee fund security

    ●For clients of ordinary version of professional individual e-bank, they need to input SMS dynamic password in case of capital transaction of e-bank. Besides, they need to obtain dynamic codes of transaction through SMS to ensure that the transaction is initiated by signed clients.

    ●For clients of advanced version of professional individual e-bank, they need to insert USBKEY in case of capital transaction of e-bank. Besides, they need to pass identification of China Financial Certification Authority as a third-party organization to ensure that funds of clients are safe.

    3. Set of trading limit to reduce risk

    Authentication methods of e-bank for different clients are different, and single transaction limit and daily cumulative transaction limit are set for different transaction types.

    For individual client of e-bank log, they can adjust transaction limit through “security center” column after logging in the e-bank account.

    4. Information security guarantee through multiple means

    ●Reservation information: clients can set personal reservation information in personal client service column of e-bank, and confirm the reservation information after logging in, so as to effectively prevent fraud of “phishing” website.

    ●Internal transfer: clients can set transfer range in “security center” column under personal client service of e-bank to realize transfer demand among different accounts.

    III. Bank security control

    1. Counter is key to e-bank client identification.

    E-bank business must be handled by clients rather than others on their behalf.

    2. Foreign capital transactions must be certified through contract signing at the counter, and safety products should be used to strengthen risk control.

    If clients need to handle transfer payment business through e-bank (self-service repayment of credit card, electricity payment, intra-bank transfer, inter-bank remittance), they should sign a contract at the counter first.

    IV. Risk prevention reminder for client

    1. Developing correct using habits

    ●Do not log in e-bank on public computers.

    ●Avoid log in e-bank by searching, and choose to set the website of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank in computer favorites.

    ●Set up reservation information of e-bank, and pay attention to check when logging in to avoid entering the “phishing website”.

    2. Safekeeping personal information

    ●Avoid to disclose your account and password information to others.

    ●Ensure that login password and transaction password of e-bank should not be the same as the password of passbook (card).

    ●Avoid too simple passwords, such as “888888”, “123456”, etc.

    ●Do not lend USBKEY to others.

    3. Handling abnormal situations correctly

    ●In case of loss of information and USBKEY, please change relevant transaction password immediately and call our client service hotline 95313 to report losses.
