    A: You can cancel the SMS banking service opened by GRCBank using the method of active push through various channels: ① Cancel SMS banking service at the counter of branch. ② Edit SMS “DXCX# last four digits of the account ” and send it to our designated port for cancellation. ③ Clients who have signed up for e-bank can log in to e-bank to cancel the SMS banking service.
