Opening Process

SMS banking service can be opened through SMS, mobile banking, online banking,telephone banking and branch.
(1) Opening through sending SMS: edit SMS content of “sign up # account # ID number” → send it to the corresponding port of your cell phone number operator
(2) Opening through mobile banking: Login mobile banking → click “Contract Center” → click “SMS Service” → click“Add”
(3) Opening through online banking: Login online banking →click“Function Application” →click“SMS Service” →click“SMS opening”
(4) Opening through telephone banking: customers dial 95313→press 2 “Personal Business” →enter account number and inquiry password →press 7 “SMS banking service” handling
(5) Handling through branch: Please bring your account credentials to each branch for handling
