24-Hour Transfer Arrival Cancellation
Service Function
If you choose the next day transfer arrival service through the counter or electronic channels or apply for services other than intra-bank transfer by yourself through self-service equipment, you can apply for cancellation through telephone banking within 24 hours after the successful acceptance of the transfer.
Operation Process
Clients dial in 95313 → Press 1 – for Mandarin Service/press 2- for Cantonese Service → Press 6 – for Loss Reporting or Non-Real Time Transfer Cancellation → Choose 8-hour to 24-hour transfer arrival cancellation → Press 1 – for self-service (or for manual service, please press 2 to directly transfer to manual service) → Enter client transfer-out account number and transaction password.
