Introduction

Granting credit in the mode of invoices/payment first and goods later is the business that an enterprise obtains credit from our bank to specifically pay the money for the goods to the upstream seller and the upstream seller ships the goods according to the arrangements in the purchase and sale contract and in the cooperation agreement and that the enterprise redeems the goods directly or changes the goods to spot pledge after the arrival of the goods. If the upstream seller fails to deliver the whole goods within the agreed period of shipment, it should take the responsibility of refunding the money for the unshipped portion to our bank in accordance with the agreement.


Scope of application

It's applicable to the enterprises that are engaged in distribution or production of bulk raw materials and whose capital requirements focus on the field of advance payment, provided that the upstream supplier has strong shipment capability and is willing to assume related responsibilities.
