Consignment Collection

Introduction

Consignment collection refers to a means of settlement that the payee consigns the bank to charge money from the payer. According to the Payment and Settlement Measures, mail and electronic allocation are available for the payer to allocate back the consignment collection settlement amount.


Scope of application

It's applicable to individuals and units handling amount settlement by accepted bank acceptance, commercial acceptance, certificate of deposit (passbook), etc.


Functions

Meet the customers' requirement of off-site or city-wide settlement.


Procedures

1. The payee fills in the "Collection Certificate", seals the second copy with the reserved bank stamp, and submits relevant bills to the handling bank for collection at the same time.

2. The handling bank only checks the correctness of the "Collection Certificate", and sends consignment collection certificate and relevant debt certificates to the opening bank of payer if no error is found.
